1. They needed new management oversight for their entire IT infrastructure

1. We created plans to migrate all services onto the Exchange 2010 environment
2. We initiated and inserted a replication service for email on Exchange 2010
3. ADFS was implemented in house
4. Azure AD back up service was installed
5. All new file servers were established
6. 3 Firewalls were installed and configured
7. We closed a security risk window by eliminating old firewalls
8. Managed Data Backup – Azure Cloud resource was provided
9. All outdated 2003 Microsoft servers were retired
10. Multiple SharePoint sites were created
11. Overseas offices were amalgamated into the support network

1. Migration of customer managed services over to SA IT was successful (this included backup, security, recovery, user access and more)
2. On premise Exchange 2010 was successfully migrated to Exchange Online and Office 365
3. SA IT now is able to use remote monitoring and management (Atera RMM) to keep track of the customer environment and remotely create service tickets
4. Every server and every workstation is now protected by latest version of anti-virus software Webroot
5. SA IT holds a weekly client review to adjust to changes in the environment or update the roadmap
6. Every prior employee workstation received a complete refresh and upgrade
